Refund Policy

At Libaan Fabrics, we take pride in the quality of our men’s unstitched suits. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a clear reason for requesting a refund.
If approved, ship the product back to the following address:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Customized orders
Clearance or discounted sale items
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or washing

Important Notes for Customers

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for a refund unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
Libaan Fabrics is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
